The diploma program is a continuation of Office Administration - General. Students must complete Office Administration - General prior to taking the Office Administration Diploma courses.

Learn online at your own pace, building on the knowledge you learned in the Office Administration – General certificate:

  • Get advanced training in accounting and office technologies.
  • Gain an introduction to project management, business law and human resources principles.
  • Broaden your communication skills with a special focus on interpersonal and intercultural communications.


Please note:

  • Courses should be completed in the order listed within Required Courses.
  • Students should complete all program requirements within seven years.
  • Students must obtain a grade of 50% or higher to pass each course.
  • Students must obtain a G.P.A. of 60% or higher to obtain this credential.
  • Courses may not be available every intake.
  • Students may apply to receive the credential after completing all required courses.

This program is open for enrolment on a course-by-course basis. Students should possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or be classified as a Mature Student (19 years of age or older without an OSSD) prior to registering for courses.
