decisions or solutions miss the mark they’re rapidly broadcasted out, increasing the damage of poor
problem-solving and critical-thinking. This program provides leaders and teams with a simple 5-step
problem-solving process that first describes the issue without over-dramatizing or underestimating it all
while learning how to see issues as clearly as possible and avoiding the natural traps our brains set for
us.
The half-day program offers time for participants to workshop a current problem with their peers and
the instructor devising an actionable plan and a toolbox of problem-solving models.
