Students are asked to bring the following supplies to each class: an apron, a dish towel, measuring cups and spoons and a chef's knife for chopping ingredients. Other supplies may be required specific to the course. (ie: jars for jamming classes). Only closed toed shoes may be worn in the professional kitchen. No sandals are permitted.
