This 5-class self-defence introduction program is suitable for all levels of fitness. No experience is necessary. It is reality-based self-defence training that teaches you the difference between self-protection and self-defence. You will learn simple techniques that have been tested to work for everyone in today’s world. The techniques bring together different systems such as Karate, Hapkido, grappling, and ground-fighting - but the primary objective is to teach REAL self-defence strategies.
The course is open to everyone: No experience is necessary. Just bring a notepad, pen, and water and wear comfortable loose workout clothes.
