OJT is known as direct instruction, usually with one person while doing the job, as opposed to a group of people in a training room. Research shows that 90% of an employee’s learning takes place on-the-job. And, all too often new employees quit jobs because they struggle with bad training. This OJT workshop gives you the tools from understanding learners’ needs, defining objectives, to giving instructions, preventing cognitive overload, and follow-up.
Four (4) half-day sessions.
This training is delivered virtually through Zoom. Participants will need access to a computer that has a video camera, microphone and speakers as well as a solid and reliable internet connection.
