Smart Serve Certification is a requirement by law to sell or serve alcohol in Ontario. This in-class Smart Serve course outlines the legal rights and obligations when selling, serving, or delivering alcohol in the province of Ontario.
Upon completion of the in-class training program, students will be issued a test token which allows for two attempts at the final online test. Students will have the option of completing the final test on campus in a designated lab space or off-campus on any mobile device, laptop, or desktop computer with access to the internet and a web camera.
Please note: All final certification test sessions are proctored by a third party and require you to present valid government issued photo ID. Test tokens expire after 30 days of the in-class session.
